    It's reported that authorities are searching for 38-year old Steven Antonio Brown and 23-year-old Edward Marshall concerning the death of 19-year-old Leroy Simms III on Monday night. The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office said in a news release that Simms was shot several times in Hammond at about 9:40 p.m. Authorities say that illegal drug activity was the motive in the case.
