Final appointments for free tax preparation services at the Hamlin Community Center at 220-1 Main Street in Hamlin, West Virginia, are available from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, according to Rachel Houston, director of United Way of the River Cities' Financial Stability Partnership.
