Nicholas Jones, the owner of "Slick," a hunting dog that went astray and was picked up by a local woman who was later charged with felony and misdemeanor theft, was in court Tuesday before Judge William Watson Jr. Jones, who was charged with one count of failing to provide veterinary care to the dog, pleaded guilty.
