Blair was granted probation before judgment Wednesday upon entering an Alford plea in Washington County Circuit Court to conspiring to sell a regulated firearm before the end of a seven-day waiting period. Blair was sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and court costs and perform 25 hours of community service. Comment?
