Juan Antonio Medina Martinez, 19, of Rowland Heights and Dominic Tobiah Guzman, 19, of Hacienda Heights , were arraigned at Pasadena Superior Court on charges of second degree robbery and elder abuse, said Ricardo Santiago, spokesman for the District Attorney's Office.
