    A Delaware woman was arrested with a loaded handgun at a security checkpoint at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport on Monday - the third gun Transportation Security Administration officers have found in carry-on baggage in the last five days at the airport, officials said. Maryland Transportation Authority Police arrested the woman, who lives in Smyrna, Del., and confiscated the loaded 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, which was loaded with six bullets, including one in the chamber.
