The car slowly pulled up to the two men in parking lot, and two women inside the car began talking to them.

    The owners of a business in the 4000 block of Parkmead Drive reported that about 1 p.m. April 7, their employees called to tell them an unknown person claiming to be from American Electric Power called the business and said electric services would be "cut off" if the business did not pay a $500 deposit, which the caller claimed the business owed to AEP. One of the owners told police he called the unknown person and was instructed to purchase a pre-paid credit card to settle the outstanding balance.
