    A Groton man pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of distribution of heroin and cocaine in connection with the death of a Groton man in April 2017, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Ulpiano Lugo, 37, of Groton waived his right to be indicted and entered the plea before Senior U.S. District Judge Alfred V. Covello in Hartford, said John H. Durham, U.S. attorney for the District of Connecticut.
