    For the third year in a row the STC Trojans brought home the Steve Kriegel trophy following the Battle of the Helmets rivalry with Grinnell High School on Friday, August 26. After the success of the 2015 team there was much speculation about how the Trojans would respond with a new head coach and several new varsity starters. Last year the Trojans went 10-0 with eight shut outs before falling to Albia in the third round of district play.
