    A 29-year-old man was arrested in connection with the rape of a teenage girl in July, Plaquemines Parish authorities said. The Plaquemines Parish Sheriff's Office said 29-year-old Peter James Wilson III forcibly raped a 14-year-girl whom he met via a smartphone app on July 16. According to a news release from the Sheriff's Office, Wilson arranged to meet with the teen at a fast-food restaurant in the 3600 block of General DeGaulle Drive.
