    A man found shot along Lapalco Boulevard Wednesday afternoon and taken by a Good Samaritan to a nearby hospital has died, Jefferson Parish authorities said. The deceased, a 34-year-old Harvey resident, was pronounced dead sometime after being rushed from Ochsner Medical Center's West Bank hospital, where he was initially taken by the Good Samaritan, to University Medical Center, Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt.
