    The Laurens County Coroner's Office said a teen stopped to help a stranded driver on his way home from college when his vehicle was struck by an 18-wheeler early Monday morning on I-385. Deputy Coroner Vickie Cheek said 19- year-old Jacob Robert Oaks, a freshman at College of Charleston, was on his way home to Greer for a few days before final exams.
