    "Bud" the Chihuahua won the 2016 Greeneville-Greene County Humane Society Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Contest with this Cinderella-themed outfit. This year's pet costume party and contest is Saturday, Oct. 28. The Greeneville-Greene County Humane Society will host its annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Party Saturday, Oct. 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Children and adults are invited to dress up their pets and enter the costume contest, which starts at 12:30 p.m. Registration is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Humans are encouraged to dress up, too, a news release says.
