    Former Faulkner County Circuit Judge Michael A. Maggio, 53, of Conway, pleaded guilty to a federal bribery charge Friday in U.S. District Court. Appearing in front of U.S. District Chief Judge Brian S. Miller, the former circuit judge additionally waived indictment and allowed federal authorities to proceed with sentencing in the bribery case centering around campaign money received in exchange for a lower penalty amount in one of the cases in which Maggio presided.
