    Bobby, a friendly tabby, went missing from his home in Great Falls more than a year and a half ago. In late September, an animal control officer picked up Bobby as a stray and was surprised when scanning his microchip revealed that he belonged to a Montana family, according to a release from the SPCA of Northern Nevada.

    With snow flying across much of the state, including right here in the Electric City, it begs to question: when should you be changing out those summer tires or all seasons for the trusty old snow tires? Many debate that putting snow tires on too early, especially studded ones, can be detrimental on gas mileage, the road, and wear them down faster, meaning less money in your pocket. But local tire shops say if the snow is flying put them on.
