With the fifth anniversary of Kortne's disappearance approaching, and the renewed interest an Investigation Discovery TV episode generated on it last week, Scott said he hopes the money will prompt someone to come forward and give him and Kortne's loved ones the closure they have searched for since the summer of 2012.

    A two-year-old boy lived in a Grantville home with floors covered in animal feces and garbage, bathroom filled with excrement, and little food in the house to eat, say police in charging a couple with child endangerment. Shawn Elliott, 28, and Keyayra Champlin, 21, both of Waco Drive in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, were charged Feb. 21 with endangering the welfare of a child, which is a third degree felony.

Shawn Michael Elliott, 28, of Grantville, is charged with intimidation, retaliation or obstruction in child abuse cases, criminal coercion, bribery in official and political matters and obstructing administration of law or other governmental function.
