    LAS CRUCES >> Students in the future Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, which will be located on the NMSU campus, will not be eligible for Title IV federal financial aid for at least the first two years of the school's existence, the future dean told New Mexico legislators Wednesday. Students will have to look to private loans, scholarships and grants to pay annual tuition of about $48,000 because all for-profit schools are ineligible for Title IV dollars for two years, Dean George Mychaskiw said.
