The vesicular stomatitis virus is an infectious viral disease of livestock that typically causes painful blister-like lesions on the lips, nostrils, tongue, coronary bands and teats.

And the south central region of the state, which includes Dona Ana County, would have to create nearly 16,000 of those jobs.
