    A St. Cloud man was injured in a crash involving a semi truck Tuesday night on Minnesota Highway 23 near Granite Falls, the Minnesota State Patrol said. The crash was reported at 8:58 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 23 and Chippewa County Road 38. A 2003 Buick LeSabre driven by Gregory Benedict, 25, of St. Cloud, was traveling eastbound on County Road 38 when it collided with a semi traveling northbound on Highway 23, the State Patrol said.

    If you happened to be driving up state Highway 23 from Marshall last week, you probably noticed that MnDOT has been busy replacing highway signs, including mile markers, directional signs, markers of place, and even Adopt a Highway signs. You probably also noticed that the old signs were in such good shape that the new signs had to be tagged with an orange ribbon so that workers coming later would know which signs to remove.
