    If you happened to be driving up state Highway 23 from Marshall last week, you probably noticed that MnDOT has been busy replacing highway signs, including mile markers, directional signs, markers of place, and even Adopt a Highway signs. You probably also noticed that the old signs were in such good shape that the new signs had to be tagged with an orange ribbon so that workers coming later would know which signs to remove.
