    A spate of crashes, two of them fatal, occurred on slush-slickened roads in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan on Tuesday. Diana Shively, 63, of Grand Rapids, a front-seat passenger in a pickup truck driven by her husband Duane Shively, 73, was killed when their pickup collided with another at about 6:30 a.m. on U.S. 6 in Wood County's Grand Rapids Township, near Grand Rapids.
