    A half-mile stretch of South Division Avenue in downtown Grand Rapids sees more crime than it should - and officials think it may be because there aren't enough street lights. The stretch of Division from Fulton to Wealthy represents about one percent of the entire city - but saw 10.6 percent of all street robberies and 5.5 percent of all assaults reported in 2015 and 2016 in Grand Rapids, according to a police department analysis.
