    The man suspected of pulling the trigger in Wednesday's shooting in Clifton was arrested Friday afternoon in a cooperative effort between the Mesa County Sheriff's Office and Grand Junction Police Department. Andrew Watson, 29, of Grand Junction, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. in an apartment in the 3200 block of D 1/4 Road on suspicion of attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault after law enforcement evacuated residents in the apartment building where Watson was located and issued a reverse 911 call to other residents in the area to keep them indoors.
