    The sentencing of Edward Keubler III to three years in prison brings to a close one of the latest hit-and-run cases, but the tragedy on Grand Island was certainly not the only case of someone leaving the scene of an accident in a year that saw many. "We have seen a slew of these cases and this office, along with other law enforcement in Erie County have been tracking them, and bringing them to justice," says Erie County District Attorney John Flynn In 2017, there were 17 hit and run cases recorded, with 13 of them arrested or prosecuted, he said.
