    As part of its continuing effort to reduce the number of serious injury and fatality crashes on state roadways, the Nebraska State Patrol , will begin a six-month long initiative focusing on teen drivers and seat belt usage.     The names of three victims in a Paulding County plane crash that happened Thursday night have been released by the county's coroner. According to a press release from the Paulding County Sheriff's Department, the pilot of the aircraft is identified as Dr. Michael McCarty, 59, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
