    Jeremy Thornburg exits the south side of the Young County Courthouse after a hearing based on a motion for a change of venue by defense attorneys District Judge Stephen Bristow denied a change of venue motion in the case of Jeremy Thornburg, the man accused of murdering Candice Shields, at a hearing in district court Tuesday. The trial is scheduled for Oct. 10 at the Young County Courthouse, but may be delayed so the defense can more closely scrutinize a portion of the state's evidence against Thornburg.
