Mr. Miller was also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing resulting from a report of domestic violence about 90 minutes prior to the stop, police said.

    State police on Tuesday charged Jeremy Zamyslowski, 30, of 35 Elizabeth St., Albany, with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony, stemming from an incident on Oct. 25. It is alleged that at about 3:12 p.m. that day, police were called to 41½ Annette St. for a report of a burglary. In the burglary, it is alleged that a coin jar containing approximately $500, prescription Vicodin pills, coin collections and cigarettes were stolen from the residence.

Wood, 67, of 60 River Road, Edwards, was headed south on Route 58 when his vehicle left its lane and went into the northbound lane, striking a vehicle driven by Jared D. Morrow, 24, of 606 Canton St., Ogdensburg. Mr. Wood was taken to Canton-Potsdam Hospital by Gouverneur Volunteer Rescue Squad with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said, and Mr. Morrow was not injured.
