    State police have charged a couple with endangering the welfare of a child. Police say the pair sold drugs in the presence of their children Joshua R. Daniels, 33, Gouverneur, was previously charged March 17 with the January burglary of a house on County Route 12. An investigation, police say, revealed that after Mr. Daniels stole the drugs, he and Ashley J. Fuller, 24, of Gouverneur, allegedly sold the drugs from their residence in the presence of their four daughters, ages 2, 7, 8, and 9. St. Lawrence County Child Protective Services removed the children from the home and placed them in the care of other family members.
