    A Gouverneur man who was sentenced to probation for the death of a father and son in a 2007 car crash in Gouverneur was told he is now facing four years in prison during an appearance in St. Lawrence County Court Monday. Kramer R. Weaver, 24, of 537 Route 11, was sentenced to five years of probation and granted youthful-offender status on June 1, 2009 for his guilty plea to a Superior Court Information charging him with felony criminally negligent homicide in a plea deal with the district attorney's office.
