    An 18-year-old who works at a gas station on the 300 block of West Carrillo Street was arrested for rape on October 31. A 34-year-old woman from Goleta had asked Josue Emanuel Torres to use the bathroom at the station on October 27, according to Santa Barbara Police, and he then found her using an illegal drug. He threatened to call police and have her arrested if she did not have sex with him, she told detectives.
