The latest is Donald Eugene Tuttle, III, 26, of Golden Valley, who was arrested at about noon on Tuesday in the 2600 block of Neal Avenue after two 911 callers told dispatchers that Tuttle was "carrying a flashlight and acting weird" and "tripping on drugs."

Witnesses told Kingman Police detectives that Robert Peter Jacobsen III, 25, was "screaming hysterically" and "appeared to be hallucinating" at about 5 a.m. Saturday.

    Less than a year after she was released from a short prison term following a drug conviction, Stephanie Lynn Goodale, the daughter of outgoing state Rep. Doris Goodale, R-Kingman, was arrested for allegedly possessing methamphetamine in Mohave Valley. Deputies stopped a car Goodale was a passenger in on Highway 95 and Valencia Road at about 2:40 a.m. Aug. 31. Mohave County Sheriff's deputies allegedly found a plastic bag containing about 6 grams of methamphetamine under a floor mat on the front passenger side of the vehicle, where Goodale, 33, had been sitting.
