    Twenty five of Camden County's 37 municipalities have signed their support of "Norman's Law," which prohibits pet stores from dealing with "mills" to acquire cats and dogs to sell. According to New Jersey Residents Against Puppy Mills, Collingswood and Audubon Park adopted the ordinance on April 4, Mount Ephraim did so on April 7, Barrington on April 12, Berlin borough on April 14 and Gloucester City on April 28. "The movement to restrict puppy mill sales is now spreading into neighboring Gloucester and Burlington counties," the organization said in an email late last week announcing the progress.
