Glens Falls man charged with grand larceny
A Glens Falls man who served a state prison sentence for setting fire to his parents’ home has been charged with grand larceny for using his mother’s credit card without her permission, police said. Christopher E. Cummings, 21, of Spring Street was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, for allegedly charging $1,502 worth of cell phone bills to the credit card over the past 6 months, said Glens Falls Police Detective Sgt. Peter Casertino.
