Drew Alan Friis, 29, of Glendora potentially faces the death penalty if convicted as charged of the Aug. 15, 2013, slayings of John “Little John” Welch and Warren Blagrave , both 52, at a car wash in the 200 block of Route 66, where they had been spending the night in the weeks leading up to their deaths.
