Raymundo Lopez Hernandez, 53, was pronounced dead at Foothill Presbyterian Hospital after he lost control of his motorcycle while driving westbound in the carpool lane, Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner's Chief of Operations Brian Elias said.
