    The introduction of the Glen Rock Borough Council's 2015 capital improvement bond ordinance is expected to be on the May 13 public meeting agenda, officials recently indicated. As proposed on March 11, the ordinance would permit financing of $2,244,950 to cover municipal projects and purchases, a substantial increase over the $1.7 million introduced last year - not including the separate $3 million bond ordinance for the lower Faber Field turf project, which was later defeated in a public referendum.
