    A Glen Burnie man was sentenced to 49 months in prison Monday after pleading guilty to obstruction of justice and conspiracy charges for helping released prisoners fake forms and reviews during their probationary release. Anthony Evans Owings Seen, 31, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Baltimore, where he received a 37-month sentence on the conspiracy and obstruction charges and an additional 12 months and one day for committing his crimes while on supervised release, the office wrote.
