According to police, Edward Robert Havey, III was last seen leaving his work in the 6600 block of West Broad Street in Glenn Allen on Thursday, March 17 shortly after 11 a.m. Surveillance footage shows Havey leaving his place of business in Glen Allen shortly after 11 a.m. last Thursday, March 17. He is described as a 5-foot-9, 207-pound white male with brown hair and hazel eyes.
