    In their run to the inaugural 4A State Wrestling Championship a year ago, the Hanover Hawks were unable to sweep team titles at each level, falling to Nansemond River by 23 points at the 4A South Region Championship. By the time the championship round arrived at the 2015 Regionals, held this past weekend at Hanover High, the host Hawks already held a prohibitive lead, and cruised to the team title with 246.5 points.

    Wednesday morning, Hanover Fire-EMS identified the deceased as Ilma P. Stone, 87, of Glen Allen, and extended their condolences to the victim's family. Monday at 11:22 a.m., Hanover Fire-EMS crews were dispatched to a residential structure fire in the 12000 block of Greenwood Road, according to Battalion Chief Jason Williams.
