Some commissioners said they wanted more time to consider three firms' proposals for a new system, and one proposal for maintaining the current system, which County Judge Dean Fowler has said has been plagued by problems because it is 12 years old.

YOU KNOW WHAT I did with it? I took all my money to the bank bought three rolls of nickels so it wouldn't rot like paper money put them in an empty peel bottle climb down to the bottom and buried it so the IRS can't collect it on my back taxes.

If you were a boy, you dreamed of scoring touchdowns for them, at least until you realized you had no "skill" and were going to be relegated to the line, as I did and was.
