Cardoza, 32, of Silver City, charging him with three counts of fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit forgery, one count of identity theft, 35 counts of forgery, 32 counts of identity theft, and one count of possession of a controlled substance . Cardoza remains in the Grant County Detention Center under a $50,000 cash only bond, according to GCDC personnel.
