    Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy's office on Tuesday cleared two Gibraltar police in the Taser death of David Kapuscinski, a 39-year-old suspect arrested by the officers about 3:20 a.m. April 16. Kapuscinski was shot with a Taser three times during a domestic situation at Gibraltar Shore Apartments and later pronounced dead at the hospital. Police initially received a call from a 12-year-old boy stating that Kapuscinski was assaulting his mother, who was also Kapuscinski's girlfriend.
