State Police said Sidney Wayne Fee, Jr. stole a Hyundai Santa Fe around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday from a Pilot Station along Cherry Blossom Way in Georgetown, as a 16-year-old was filling up the vehicle, and his 8-month-old sister was asleep inside.
