    The Live Oak County Grand Jury Tuesday, May 9 returned a murder indictment against 30-year-old Michael Niembro of George West in connection with the fatal stabbing of his half brother during this year's Live Oak County Fair. Niembro has been held in the Live Oak County Jail since the March 4 death of 38-year-old Robert Wesley Davidson, who witnesses said intervened in an attempt to stop Niembro from assaulting a woman at the fair's barbecue cook-off.
