    Matthew Neville, 25, from Muskogee was injured early Monday in a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 64, north of Gans. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper's report, Neville was westbound in a 2002 GMC Yukon, when the vehicle left the road to the left, hit an embankment and came to rest after striking a tree.

The drug charge is punishable by no more than 40 years imprisonment, and up to a $5,000,000.00 fine or both while firearms violation is punishable by not more than 10 years imprisonment, and up to a $250,000.00 fine or both.
