Logan Wamsley, 23, was arrested by Gallipolis police on April 30 for violating the terms and conditions of his community control, which stems from his original guilty plea in March, in Gallia County Common Pleas Court, to felony theft of a debit card.

Dye, 32, Gallipolis, Ohio, sentenced by Judge Thomas C. Evans, III, to not less than one nor more than five years in jail on a conviction of felony conspiracy. Dye is to serve four months at the South Central Regional Jail and then the remainder of his sentence will be suspended though he will be placed on four years of probation.
