Watertown-based Davidson Automotive Group acquired the rights to the Fred Raynor Ford franchise on Route 3 in Fulton in April and announced it would move the dealership, now operating under the Davidson brand, to Clay. Dwight Davidson, an owner of the automotive group, declined to comment on the company's plans, saying he preferred to wait until the company obtains the necessary permits from the town.
