    Vincent John Conti, 26, of North Hollywood, was arrested Saturday after a 2-month long investigation into allegations that he was having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old Fullerton girl that he met online, said the Fullerton Police Department in a press release. On March 30, Fullerton Police detectives leaned that Conti may have been soliciting a sexual relationship with the girl using "an undisclosed, but commonly used, social media site," the department said.
