    Events planned as part of the celebration include alumni matches at 3:30 p.m. at the Fruitport soccer field behind the Middle School, an alumni family picnic at 4:45 p.m., the jayvee match against Reeths-Puffer at 5 pm. followed by the varsity match with Reeths-Puffer at 6:45 p.m., and an after-game celebration at Pope's Pub located at 6523 Airline Rd. beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m. The Trojans took the field as a varsity team for the first time in the fall of 1990 with current Fruitport athletic director Ken Erny as the coach, and the hope is several players from throughout the 25 years will be on hand for the celebration.
