Wilcox, 60, of Fruitland, Maryland, admitted he sexually assaulted the child between July 1996 and sometime in 1998, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor, while he served as a Deacon-in-training at the Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church in Piscataway.
