    Pearland Police Officer Endy Ekpanya, 30, was killed Sunday around 3:15 a.m. when another vehicle veered out of the westbound lane of FM 518 and into the eastbound lane, where it struck Officer Ekpana's patrol car. The other driver, Friendswood resident Amber Willemsen, 38, will be charged with Intoxication Manslaughter of a Peace Officer, which is a first degree felony.
